Day 2
Began the day by avoiding the cushion which actually led to wandering around doing nothing until I finally realized what I was really avoiding. It’s been months since I sat regularly, so the mind wandered endlessly. At least I’ve started.

Jumped into it. I just went to the cushion, set the timer, and sat down.
